grew 5.1%. 13.4% of all people employed in Michigan work

business in Oakland County, and is Michigan's leading
center for international commercial activity with 565
foreign-owned firms from 25 countries. More than 59,250
businesses and government agencies are located in the
county, including 1/3 of Michigan's R&D firms. There are

round recreation includes 3 downhill ski areas and 60
